How can I make sure my custom USB is made to my design?
Our team will send a preview within 24 hours after ordering to confirm the design. Production starts only after your approval.

What kind of logo files are acceptable?
We actually accept any file format, but vector files are more suitable for printing, such as PDF, AI, and TIFF files.

What if I don't have a professional logo design file?
Ordinary images are also acceptable, such as .jpg, .gif, .png, etc. Our professional design team will optimize your logo and adjust it for the best printing solution.

Can you remove the white background from my logo?
Of course, we will remove the background of your logo if it's not necessary, or keep it if it makes your logo more prominent. Everything is adjusted by our professional design team and ultimately confirmed by the client.

My logo have multiple colors or it is just a photo.Will there be an extra charge?
What about printing on both sides? Whether it's single-sided or double-sided, and regardless of the number of colors in your custom content, we won't charge extra.
