How To Reorder

If you wish to purchase a product identical to a previous custom order, there are two methods to avoid the hassle of re-customization.
Firstly, you can enter the text "Same as before" on the customization page, as shown in the image below:
Upon receiving your order, we will refer to the most recent previous order and produce an identical custom product.

The second method is to contact our customer service team. After receiving your email, our customer service representatives will directly access your historical order records, send you a design preview, and confirm with you once again.
Please note that these two approaches are designed to streamline the process and ensure that your requirements are met efficiently and accurately.
