Our warranties ensure you have a fantastic gadget experience while giving you total peace of mind. Most items sold by Possibox are covered by the following comprehensive product warranties. If, in an unlikely situation you are not covered, please check our Warranty Exemptions and Notes below.

30 Day Refund Guarantee

Although we offer a 30-day refund option, we still hope that you contact us for a return or new replacement when you experience quality issues, printing issues or any other issues that fail to satisfy you.

You may request a replacement within 30 days of receiving the item. We will  arrange your replacement and re-deliver. You do not need to pay extra shipping and other charges.

Our options may vary in the following cases:

 

1. You have provided an incorrect printed file or wrong customize instructions.
2. You confirm the mockups that we send to you and the final product received is the same as the approved mockup.
3. You have provided an incorrect address

Depending on the circumstances, we may charge an additional fee if the error of orders are not due to our mistakes.
